Spellum is still in development. This page is the permanent home for official support guidance and will expand when public testing or App Store availability begins.
Send the details that matter
For the clearest and fastest response, include:
- your iPhone model and iOS version;
- the Spellum version shown in Settings;
- the screen or learning step where the issue occurred;
- what you expected to happen; and
- the steps that make the problem happen again.
Keep learning data private. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, complete payment-card information, or a full copy of your spelling history. A short description of the issue is enough.
Your learning stays on your iPhone
Spellum stores the learner profile and practice history locally. There is no Spellum cloud account or remote recovery service. Removing the app may also remove this information, subject to iOS backup and device behaviour.
Spellum Core purchases
Spellum Core is planned as a one-time in-app purchase rather than a subscription. When it becomes available, Apple will process purchases and provide purchase-history and refund-request tools.
