Radioverse is a connected listening service with accounts, saved content, billing, and live streams. This notice explains the information those features require.
What this notice covers
This notice applies to the Radioverse web app, including account, listening, support, and Premium features. Independent station operators may deliver live streams, and their own privacy practices may also apply.
Information the service handles
- Account identifiers and profile information used for sign-in
- Saved stations, liked tracks, recent listening, playlists, and preferences
- Subscription and entitlement status, without complete payment-card details
- Song-identification requests and the current-station context
- Limited playback-quality and service events used for reliability
- Technical request, security, rate-limit, and error information
Why this information is used
Radioverse uses this information to sign users in, provide saved and Premium features, process a requested song identification, manage billing, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, improve playback reliability, and respond to support requests.
Service providers
Radioverse uses Google Firebase services for account and application data, Stripe for checkout and subscription management, AudD for user-requested song recognition, and radio-directory and station providers for station information and live streams. These providers process information under their own terms and, where applicable, their agreements with TritSync.
Browser storage and cookies
Radioverse uses browser storage and authentication-session technologies required for sign-in, preferences, offline interface behaviour, and core service operation. Radioverse is not supported by third-party advertising or cross-site advertising profiles.
Retention and account deletion
Account and saved information is retained while the account is active and as needed for service, security, billing, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Operational quality information is minimized and aggregated rather than kept as an indefinite raw listening history.
You may request account deletion through Radioverse support. TritSync will verify ownership and apply the relevant account, billing, and data deletion procedures. Some records may be retained when required for transactions, fraud prevention, security, or legal obligations.
Your choices
You can decide whether to create an account, manage saved information in Radioverse, manage a subscription through Stripe-hosted controls, and request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Live streaming and connected features require a network connection.
